Minor Rugby
The Vikings Minor Programs are designed to introduce children to rugby in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Each age group focuses on skill development, teamwork, and the fundamentals of rugby while keeping games and practices engaging and age-appropriate. Our goal is to help young players love the sport, develop confidence, and build lasting friendships.

The U12 program is the first step into contact rugby for boys. Beginning in May, players learn proper tackling, rucking, and game positioning, while continuing to develop fitness, coordination, and teamwork. Practices and games emphasize safety, technique, and the enjoyment of the sport. Each player has a $50 raffle fee included in their registration. To cover this, they will receive five raffle tickets to sell at $10 each. Players keep the money from the tickets they sell and use it to cover their $50 raffle fee.
